Work as part of the IT LAN (Local Area Network) team located in the Division of ITM.
Support the overall administration of Citrix implementation. Manage designm, deployment and steady state operations. Install, configure, and set up networked microcomputers throughout the region, including the installation and setup of the network operating system (NOS) environment on these microcomputers.

Required Education:
8+ Years with HS or 5+ Years with AA or 2+ Years with BS

Required Skills:

* Must be able to support the overall administration of Citrix implementation.
* Must be an expert in computer and server hardware repairs, swapping parts, installing and setup of microcomputers, solving network print problems, configuring Windows (and Mac OS), restoring user files, adding network users, installing video drivers, calling hardware and software support vendors, and working with users with minimal microcomputer knowledge.
* Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Competancy with all aspects of installation and troubleshooting of network.
* Ability to meet weekly with and as determined by the Regional Chief Technology Officer or the designee, to discuss topics like: project progress reports which include project description, due dates, status, and estimated project time; performance and other pertinent matter.
* Working knowledge of the Apple Mac operating system, hardware and networking configurations of a Macintosh computer
Preferred Skills:

* 3+ years field experience and 2 years managing a Citrix farm using at least Citrix XenApp Server 5; Server Presentation Server 4.5; MS Terminal Server 2003/2008; XenDesktop 5; Xen Client; Citrix WanScaler/Branch Repeater; Citrix EdgeSite and Citrix Password Manager/Single Sign.
* 5+ years experience with TCP/IP, Internet, IP addressing and routing, gateways and both Local and Wide Area Network (LAN/WAN) operations.
* 2+ years field experience with microcomputers, formal training in microcomputer repairs, Windows XP OS, Windows networking, print and file.
* Industry-level Citrix certifications are highly desirable and preferred.
* Other related certifications such as Microsoft, telephone systems including Cisco and or TalkSwitch, Cisco switching components or Apple Mac.
