Job Description
The full time Outreach Caseworker is responsible for providing services to individuals recovering from co-occurring disorders in the Torrington area. These services include assessment and treatment planning, medication monitoring, assistance with ADL s, budgeting, securing entitlements and housing. The Outreach Caseworker works as part of a team using Motivational Interviewing as the foundation for delivering services to clients.
Salary
$29,093 per year with excellent benefits
Qualifications
1) HS/GED required (BA preferred) 2) Mental health and substance use experience. 3) Valid driver s license, good driving record and reliable vehicle required. 4) Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing preferred.
