Job Duties:

The Maintenance Helper will perform grounds and building maintenance at the Center and perform other duties as assigned and/or required. Works under the supervision of the Facility Maintenance Manager.

Job Requirements:

Certification in related field and/or 3 years of experience in building and grounds maintenance with basic knowledge of hand and power tools, must have computer skills. Must have a valid, state driver's license and a good driving record.

Special Requirements:

Must be able to stoop, reach and be able to do heavy lifting when required.
